Canon 1251

Although witnesses have already been questioned, they can be

recalled for another examination at the request of a party or ex

officio but before the acts or the testimony have been published;

this is true if the judge believes such a reexamination necessary

or useful, provided, however, that there is no danger of collusion or corruption.
