Canon 1477

1. The promoter of justice, the accused and the advocate for

the accused, and the injured party mentioned in can. 1483, 1 and

that person's advocate take part in the discussion. 2. It is

the right of the tribunal to call experts who functioned during

the case to the discussion so that they can explain their reports.
