Canon 207

An eparchial bishop of any Church sui iuris, even of the Latin

Church, is to inform the Apostolic See on the occasion of the

quinquennial report, about the status and needs of the Christian

faithful who, even if they are enrolled in another Church sui

iuris, are committed to his care.
