Canon 316

From decrees of the exarch who governs the exarchy in the name of

the Roman Pontiff or the patriarch, recourse is made respectively

to the Apostolic See or the patriarch. From decrees of the exarch who governs an exarchy in his own name, recourse is made according to the ordinary norms of the law.
