Canon 612

1. In religious institutes or societies of common life in the

manner of clerical religious of pontifical or patriarchal right,

the major superiors are the moderators of preaching. 2. All

superiors, even local ones, of whatever institute of consecrated

life, can invite to preach to their own subjects any priest or,

without prejudice to can. 610, 3, any deacon, unless these are

legitimately prohibited.
