 4     1,  2|     along with the physician.~6. Pains about the head and neck,
 5     1,  2|        women have these and also pains of the uterus; whereas,
 6     1,  2|     fourth day, the most violent pains set in, with sweats, generally
 7     1,  3|          side as the spleen; had pains in both legs; night comfortable;
 8     1,  3|        symptoms were alleviated; pains of the head, neck, and loins
 9     1,  3|      commencement, and had other pains resembling those produced
10     1,  3|         the fourth, acute fever, pains all over. On the fifth,
11     1,  3|         not sleep. On the tenth, pains in the limbs, all the symptoms
12     1,  3|        immediately began to have pains in the loins. On the third
13     1,  3|          same parts, and general pains remained; swelling in the
14     1,  3|          coma, some incoherence, pains about the clavicle and left
15     1,  3|         of the menses; continued pains of all these parts. On the
16     1,  3|       the fever intermitted, the pains remained. A relapse; little
17     2,  5|        could not keep her drink; pains about the hypochondria,
18     2,  5|      about the hypochondria, and pains also in the lower part of
19     2,  5|          no sleep. On the third, pains greater. On the fourth,
20     2,  6|      insomnolency, attended with pains; most had disorders of the
21     2,  6|          chronic character, with pains; fungous excrescences of
22     2,  6|   passages did not carry off the pains, but yielded with difficulty
23     2,  6|          disorder of the bowels, pains, and a want of crisis.~11.
24     2,  6|        state; in the evening the pains greater; had a paroxysm;
25     2,  6|      type, not agitated, but the pains persisted. On the second,
26     2,  6|    persisted. On the second, the pains in the thigh abated, but
27     2,  6|          for the fever while the pains did not abate, and the cough
28     2,  6|    proper character, flowed; the pains were abated, but the dry
29     2,  6|      fever. Not long afterwards, pains of all the inferior rule,
30     2,  6|          deafness increased, or, pains of the inferior parts were
31     2,  6|       rigor, much fever, general pains; urine thin, with substances
32     2,  6|          the sixth, some general pains; substances floating in
33     2,  6|       following days, there were pains, but all less; in this case
34     2,  6|    throughout, the paroxysms and pains were greater on the even
35     2,  6|        became hot, with the same pains, rigor, thirst, slightly
36     2,  6| incoherent and talked obscurely; pains frequent, great and continued.
37     2,  6|      fever came to a crisis. The pains were on the even days.~CASE
