9 1 | ordinary Lord; or if it is a Republic, a citizen who for the time
10 1 | one ever established any Republic or Kingdom who did not think
11 1 | this defect to be in the Republic, and that this negligence
12 2 | more fortunate thing in a Republic than to have many of its
13 2 | not be difficult for that Republic or that Prince to put them
14 2 | therefore, that any King or Republic which would want to organize
15 2 | armies. And if a Prince or a Republic works hard and puts diligence
16 2 | recognized by their Prince, Republic, or King, whichever it may
17 2 | raised by the Carthaginian Republic, and these are very few
18 2 | respect to the Carthaginian Republic, did arise. More excellent
