 1 20 |        law; because then there lies open the remedy of appeal
 2 20 |        and constituted judges, lies open, but the remedy is
 3 21 |     judge on earth, the appeal lies to God in heaven. That question

12 218|   either promote, or not, what lies in them, hinder such designs,
13 239|    foreign nation; and in this lies the injury, and against
14 242| determination, the appeal then lies no where but to heaven;
15 242|        war, wherein the appeal lies only to heaven; and in that
