1 I| be said the enchanters of Pharaoh, Magi, which by their malefice
2 I| and from the servitude of Pharaoh and of Egypt; thou accusest
3 I| him to Potiphar, eunuch of Pharaoh, master of his knights. ~
4 I| Potiphar, prince of the host of Pharaoh, an Egyptian, bought him
5 I| and then I took the cup of Pharaoh in my hand, and took the
6 I| held, and presented it to Pharaoh to drink. Joseph answered:
7 I| three days, after which Pharaoh shall remember thy service
8 I| so merciful to sue unto Pharaoh that he take me out of this
9 I| yet to come, after which Pharaoh shall smite off thy head
10 I| the third day after this Pharaoh made a great feast unto
11 I| interpreter. ~Two years after Pharaoh saw in his sleep a dream.
12 I| first seven. In the morning Pharaoh awoke and was greatly afeard
13 I| clothes, and brought tofore Pharaoh, to whom be said: I saw
14 I| me things prosperous to Pharaoh. Then Pharaoh told to him
15 I| prosperous to Pharaoh. Then Pharaoh told to him his dreams,
16 I| which God hath showed to Pharaoh. The seven fat oxen and
17 I| counsel pleased much to Pharaoh and to all his ministers.
18 I| all his ministers. Then Pharaoh said to his servants: Where
19 I| seat above thee. Yet said Pharaoh to Joseph: Lo! I have ordained
20 I| of Egypt to Joseph: I am Pharaoh, without thy commandment
21 I| the favour and grace of Pharaoh. And he went round about
22 I| people hungered they cried to Pharaoh asking meat, to whom he
23 I| servant. Thou art next to Pharaoh; my lord, thou demandedst
24 I| hath ordained me father of Pharaoh, and lord of all his house,
25 I| brethren were come. And Pharaoh was joyful and glad thereof
26 I| and all his household. And Pharaoh said to Joseph that he should
27 I| after the commandment of Pharaoh, and meat to eat by the
28 I| them on the carriages that Pharaoh had sent to bring him and
29 I| I shall go and ascend to Pharaoh and shall say to him, that
30 I| Then Joseph entered tofore Pharaoh and said to him: My father,
31 I| soil of Rameses like as Pharaoh had commanded, and there
32 I| had. He subdued all unto Pharaoh, and all his people from
33 I| now ye see and know that Pharaoh oweth and is in possession
34 I| past, Joseph did say to Pharaoh how he had sworn and promised
35 I| land of Canaan. To whom Pharaoh said: Go and bury thy father
36 I| accompanied all the aged men of Pharaoh's house, and the noblest
37 I| burdens. They builded to Pharaoh two towns, Pithom and Raamses.
38 I| edified to them houses. Then Pharaoh commanded to his people
39 I| time, the daughter of king Pharaoh descended down to the river
40 I| called his mother, to whom Pharaoh's daughter said: Take this
41 I| to the daughter of king Pharaoh, whom she received and adopted
42 I| saith: This daughter of Pharaoh, which was named Termuthe,
43 I| Josephus saith that when Pharaoh would have slain him, Termuthe,
44 I| deed known and made open? Pharaoh heard hereof and sought
45 I| kept me from the hand of Pharaoh. ~Long time after this died
46 I| and I shall send thee unto Pharaoh that thou shalt lead the
47 I| Who am I that shall go to Pharaoh and lead the children out
48 I| Moses and Aaron went unto Pharaoh and said: This saith the
49 I| me in desert. Then said Pharaoh: Who is that Lord that I
50 I| labour? Go ye unto your work. Pharaoh also said: The people is
51 I| their work said to them that Pharaoh had commanded to give them
52 I| children of Israel came to Pharaoh and complained saying: Why
53 I| to stink in the sight of Pharaoh, and have encouraged him
54 I| For, sith I have spoken to Pharaoh in thy name, he hath put
55 I| shalt see what I shall do to Pharaoh. By strong hand he shall
56 I| Moses: Go and enter in to Pharaoh and bid him deliver my people
57 I| Moses answered: How should Pharaoh hear me when the children
58 I| that they both should go to Pharaoh and give him in commandment
59 I| ordained thee to be God of Pharaoh, and Aaron thy brother shall
60 I| thee, and he shall say to Pharaoh that he suffer the children
61 I| he came and stood tofore Pharaoh, and Aaron eighty-three
62 I| years when they spake to Pharaoh. Then when they were tofore
63 I| Then when they were tofore Pharaoh, Aaron cast the rod down
64 I| cast the rod down tofore Pharaoh, and anon the rod turned
65 I| turned into a serpent. Then Pharaoh called his magicians and
66 I| rods. Yet was the heart of Pharaoh hard and so indurate that
67 I| Lord to Moses: The heart of Pharaoh is grieved and will not
68 I| flood with the rod tofore Pharaoh and his servants, which
69 I| witchcraft, and the heart of Pharaoh was so indurate that he
70 I| the land of Egypt. Then Pharaoh prayed Moses and Aaron that
71 I| the frogs were voided, and Pharaoh said: In the morn. And then
72 I| they voided all. And when Pharaoh saw that he was quit of
73 I| enchanters said then to Pharaoh: This is the finger of God.
74 I| finger of God. Yet would not Pharaoh let them depart. The fourth
75 I| sacrifice to God there. Pharaoh said: I will that ye go
76 I| And when they were gone Pharaoh would not keep his promise.
77 I| one that perished. Yet was Pharaoh so hard-hearted that he
78 I| not stand for pain tofore Pharaoh. Yet would not Pharaoh hear
79 I| tofore Pharaoh. Yet would not Pharaoh hear them, nor do as God
80 I| harm done. Yet would not Pharaoh deliver them. The eighth
81 I| that the people came to Pharaoh and desired him to deliver,
82 I| the land perished. Then Pharaoh gave to the men licence
83 I| went it was light. ~Then Pharaoh called Moses and Aaron and
84 I| till we come to the place. Pharaoh was so indurate and hard-hearted
85 I| the first begotten son of Pharaoh that sitteth in his throne
86 I| signs and plagues tofore Pharaoh, and his heart was so indurate
87 I| the first son and heir of Pharaoh unto the son of the caitiff
88 I| begotten of the beasts. Pharaoh arose in the night and all
89 I| one that was dead. Then Pharaoh did do call Moses and Aaron
90 I| I shall be glorified in Pharaoh, and in all his host, the
91 I| And anon it was told to Pharaoh that the children of Israel
92 I| so indurate the heart of Pharaoh that he shall follow you,
93 I| I shall be glorified in Pharaoh, and in all his host, his
94 I| drowned all the host of Pharaoh, and sank down into the
95 I| horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh, and there was not one of
96 I| what our Lord had done to Pharaoh and to the Egyptians for
97 I| of the Egyptians and of Pharaoh, and hath saved his people;
98 I| in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh and all his servants. ~
