1 I| son whom thou shalt name Isaac, and I shall keep my covenant

20 I| Here beginneth the life of Isaac, with the history of Esau
21 I| Second Sunday of Lent. ~Isaac was forty years old when
22 I| and he was named Jacob. Isaac the father was sixty years
23 I| at home with his mother. Isaac the father loved well Esau,
24 I| is read in the church. ~Isaac began to wax old and his
25 I| may bless me. Then said Isaac again to his son: How mightest
26 I| desired came soon to my hand. Isaac said to him: Come hither
27 I| and when he had felt him, Isaac said: The voice truly is
28 I| said: I am he. Then said Isaac: Bring to me the meat of
29 I| be he fulfilled. ~Unnethe Isaac had fulfilled these words
30 I| that thy soul may bless me. Isaac said to him: Who art thou?
31 I| first begotten son Esau. Isaac then was greatly abashed
32 I| reserved to me one blessing? Isaac answered: I have ordained
33 I| great sighing and weeping Isaac moved said to him: In the
34 I| again. And Rebekah went to Isaac her husband and said: I
35 I| I will no longer live. Isaac then called Jacob and blessed
36 I| granted to thy grandsire. When Isaac had thus said, and given
37 I| Abraham thy father, and of Isaac; the land on which thou
38 I| and went toward his father Isaac into the land of Canaan.
39 I| Abraham, and God of my father Isaac, O Lord that saidst to me,
40 I| that I gave to Abraham and Isaac I shall give to thee and
41 I| went thence and came to Isaac his father into Mamre the
42 I| which dwelled Abraham and Isaac. And all the days of Isaac
43 I| Isaac. And all the days of Isaac were complete, which were
44 I| Thus endeth the history of Isaac and his two sons Esau and
45 I| sacrifices to the God of Isaac his father. He heard God
46 I| strongest God of thy father Isaac, dread thee not, but descend
47 I| walked my fathers Abraham and Isaac, God that hath fed me from
48 I| of my fathers Abraham and Isaac, and grow they into multitude
49 I| he promised to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. When that time
50 I| promise he made with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and our Lord
51 I| God of Abraham, and God of Isaac, and God of Jacob. Moses
52 I| God of Abraham, God of Isaac, and God of Jacob, hath
53 I| God of Abraham, God of Isaac, and God of Jacob, saying:
54 I| that appeared to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in my might,
55 I| of Adam, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and of Joseph with
56 I| people. Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob thy servants,
57 I| that I promised to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, saying: I shall
