 1    I|      a dry crackling sound is heard~Upon the heights, or one
 2    I|    through all the heaven was heard~By Germany; strange heavings
 3    I| breathless groves~A voice was heard with power, and wondrous-pale~
 4   II|      lead.~Nor ear of man had heard the war-trump’s blast,~Nor
 5  III|       light gusts;~A sound is heard among the forest-tops;~Long
 6   IV|    shake the tinkling cymbals heard~By the great Mother: on
 7   IV|     cold.~Then is a deep note heard, a long-drawn hum,~As when
 8   IV|       river-deeps,~His mother heard: around her spun the nymphs~
 9   IV|       Cyrene from her son~Had heard his idle weeping, in due
10   IV|       tyrant, and a crash was heard~Three times like thunder
