1    I| summer; but if the earth~Less fruitful just ere Arcturus rise~With
2   II|      with wedges cloven; then fruitful slips~Are set herein, and—
3   II|      borders, overspread~With fruitful flocks and olives. Hence
4   II|     teems with grasses on its fruitful breast,~Such as full oft
5   II|       wine-god; this shall be~Fruitful of grapes and flowing juice
6   II|   earth swells and claims the fruitful seed.~Then Aether, sire
