1    I| Strymon-haunting cranes~And succory’s bitter fibres cease to harm,~Or
2   II|              quiver! Media yields~The bitter juices and slow-lingering
3   II|                Salt ground again, and bitter, as ’tis called-Barren for
4   II|               winds look to that,~And bitter hoar-frosts, and the delver’
5   II|              bare wild olive with its bitter leaves.~Let none persuade
6   IV|           Psithian vine, and with its bitter smell~Centaury, and the
