 1  Int|       the world?~ ~ Indeed the word masculine is only a bugbear:
 2    2|     mean, for the sense of the word is not precisely defined,
 3    3|   capable of attaining. In one word, from hence we acquire the
 4    3|        of the other; and, in a word, that bashfulness and modesty
 5    3|  understand the meaning of the word, must be the same; yet the
 6    4|        in its stead.~ ~ * This word is not strictly just, but
 7    4|        if I may be allowed the word, by the rank they are placed
 8    4|  Fragile in every sense of the word, they are obliged to look
 9    4|       use a significant French word, piquant society; and the

33   13|     present acceptation of the word, to every man, but their
