 3     I|    greatest of all the joys which Allah has bestowed upon mankind.

 6   III|           call for rejoicing, but Allah had blessed him with such

 9   III|           before the Padishah.~ ~"Allah Akbar! Allah Kerim! God
10   III|         Padishah.~ ~"Allah Akbar! Allah Kerim! God is mighty. Be
11   III|          words:~ ~"Oh! my master! Allah hath appointed certain days
12   III|           bride was but three.~ ~"Allah Kerim! God grant that thy

30   VII|          I swear by the shadow of Allah that I'll make a rubbish-heap
31  VIII|           whom the countenance of Allah is dear hasten to the defence
32  VIII|       hasten to the assistance of Allah and his Anointed, and accursed
33  VIII|           have to do with us now. Allah Kerim! Look upon us as already
34  VIII|           think that the few days Allah hath given me to be too
35  VIII|        their hands, exclaimed:~ ~"Allah preserve thee from this
36  VIII|       secret message, and thanked Allah for setting a term to the
37  VIII|           Halil Patrona, whom may Allah long preserve!"~ ~"Thou
38    IX|       make the avenging Angels of Allah split his soul in twain
39    IX|         of gratitude, and thanked Allah, the Giver of all good and
40    IX|     thrice pronounced the name of Allah. And when he had thus thrice
41     X|           The destroying angel of Allah watches over his every look,
42    XI|     To-morrow! to-morrow!'~ ~"Yet Allah is the God who defends the
43    XI| Odzhakjaiks8 will scatter terror. Allah Akbar! God is mighty!~ ~"

51    XI|           which is written: 'Dame Allah huti ale Remaeti,'10 then
52    XI|           one, before the face of Allah, and they all stand there
53    XI|           that we [Pg 228]worship Allah and yet allow His Temple
54    XI|        they blaspheme the name of Allah. If among the Giaours, blasphemers
55    XI|           with wine: 'There is no Allah, or if there is an Allah
56    XI|          Allah, or if there is an Allah he is not almighty; for
57    XI|          from saying, there is no Allah!'"~ ~A cry of horror arose
58   XII|   betraying your good friend, may Allah cause you, one day, to become
59   XII|         of us twain will be there Allah only knows," said Halil.~ ~"
