2.     Some souvenirs to the Missions, especially of Caxias and Campo Comprido

3.     Encouragement to the Bishops of São Paulo and of Porto Alegre, who celebrates his Episcopal jubilee – Canon Lesa Apostolic Protonotary ad Instar

4.     Congregation for Catholic Migrants. The advantages with few expenses

5.     Provide for the evangelization of the Indians – After 300 years of Catholicism. Prefectures detached from the Bishops – Chapels in the State of Rio Grande; Franciscans in St. Catarina; Missionaries of St. Charles in Paraná; Capuchins in São Paulo and in North Maragnon – Dominicans in Para – Benedictines available to take a mission.

        Few expenses; the States help . . .
