1 I, 3| beneficence of God. For, as death came upon the human race by the
2 I, 6|           towards us, and that he came to overcome the devil for
3 I, 6|       power of the devil, whom he came to vanquish for us, because
4 I, 8|         likewise the Son says: "I came not to do my own will, but
5 I, 9|      highly exalted him;" and: "I came not to do my own will; "
6 I, 9|            that saying of his: "I came not to do mine own will,
7 I, 9|           God. Christ, therefore, came not to do his own will,
