1 Mis|         The telephone rang in the hall. He got up to answer it.
2 Mis|          that glance. He left the hall and forgot the matter. The
3 Mis|     conversation continued in the hall. He heard his wife’s sweet
4 Mis| conversation. On her way down the hall, she gave her husband a
5 Mis|      heard familiar voices in the hall, the usual words of greeting,
6 Mis|           wife’s sweater from the hall. "She has just gotten over
7 Mis|        them, they remained in the hall without saying a word. Their
