 1 Divided |         the question of an ethnic minority.~    Although it is commonly
 2 Divided |   organizations, the term 'ethnic minority' is one of those terms whose
 3 Divided |           usage, the term 'ethnic minority' has come to mean the members
 4 Divided |          ethnically. As the word 'minority' is an integral part of
 5 Divided |          part of the term 'ethnic minority', the ethnic group in question
 6 Divided |       must consequently be a real minority, firstly in comparison with
 7 Divided |      Albanians were not an ethnic minority in former Yugoslavia, i.e.
 8 Divided |            nor are they an ethnic minority in the countries created
 9 Divided |      Albanians were not an ethnic minority in former Yugoslavia because
10 Divided | federation. Thus, they were not a minority in communist Yugoslavia
11 Divided |       Albanians are not an ethnic minority in rump Yugoslavia, the
12 Divided |           Nor are the Albanians a minority within Serbia, because you
13 Divided |          such as Serbia an ethnic minority.~    The Albanians are not
