 7 Geopolit|   as it had been before the war. It was indeed this illusion,
 8 Geopolit|     be accomplished without war as in the past, but rather
 9 Geopolit|   in our era, in which cold war and the division of the
10 National|    mostly, alas, in time of war. Fortunately, borders have
