Dialogue

1 Euthyd|           good; and good means the possession of goods, such as wealth,
2 Euthyd|           admitted. And again, the possession of goods is not enough;
3 Euthyd| philosopher. And philosophy is the possession of knowledge; and knowledge
4 Euthyd|           the great king is in the possession of his kingdom. And please
5 Euthyd|          be any the better for the possession of them? For example, would
6 Euthyd|        have the use as well as the possession of good things, is that
7 Euthyd|            assented.~Then in every possession and every use of a thing,
8 Euthyd|        others the one of which the possession is most likely to make a
9 Euthyd|          Do you not think that the possession of gold is a good thing?~
