 2 Euthyf|       etc. precedes the state of being carried, loved, etc., and
 3 Euthyf|        do not care about any man being thought wise until he begins
 4 Euthyf|       dunamis); and the state of being loved is preceded by the
 5 Euthyf|        is preceded by the act of being loved. But piety or holiness
 6 Euthyf|        is preceded by the act of being pious, not by the act of
 7 Euthyf|         pious, not by the act of being loved; and therefore piety
 8 Euthyf| therefore piety and the state of being loved are different. Through
 9 Euthyf|       gods is impious, these two being the extreme opposites of
10 Euthyf|         carrying and we speak of being carried, of leading and
11 Euthyf|          carried, of leading and being led, seeing and being seen.
