1 4 | shall pay such and such a fine, or shall suffer the loss
2 4 | be free, and shall pay no fine; but he who is disobedient,
3 4 | five, shall pay a yearly fine of a certain amount, in
4 5 | the money, and also to a fine not less in amount than
5 6 | second class shall pay a fine of triple the amount which
6 6 | and shall pay a heavier fine, and be incapable of ever
7 6 | class, and they shall pay a fine of ten drachmae if they
8 6 | shall be let off without a fine, unless the magistrates
9 6 | themselves of inflicting a fine upon him to the amount of
10 6 | age, let him pay a yearly fine;—he who of the highest class
11 6 | highest class shall pay a fine of a hundred drachmae, and
12 6 | is of the second dass a fine of seventy drachmae; the
13 6 | he who does not pay the fine annually shall owe ten times
14 6 | exact the money, or pay the fine themselves.~The betrothal
15 6 | work, and should impose a fine on him who is negligent;
16 7 | under penalty of a legal fine, to be always carrying the
17 8 | morose temper, and pay a fine to the injured party, equivalent
18 9 | anything which deserves a fine, he shall pay the fine,
19 9 | a fine, he shall pay the fine, if he have anything in
20 9 | assisting him to pay the fine. No criminal shall go unpunished,
21 9 | shall himself receive the fine in accordance with the law.
22 9 | highest dass, by paying a fine of a mina; or if he be of
23 9 | of the third class, by a fine of thirty drachmas; or if
24 9 | of the fourth class, by a fine of twenty drachmas; and
25 11| convicted, by exacting a fine of double the amount of
26 11| neglect, besides paying the fine, let him be deposed from
27 11| country, or he shall pay a fine of three minae, which shall
