5 4 | purpose, there can be no harm. And yet, why am I disquieted,
6 6 | was saying—for there is no harm in repeating a good thing—

8 6 | prevent them from doing any harm to the country or the property;
9 6 | against the rains doing harm instead of good to the land,
10 8 | them do any great good or harm to the state. There is,

13 8 | which he either does no harm to any one, or himself gains
