 9 8 |   whole people, or in separate portions when summoned by them; and
10 8 |        let no one of the three portions be greater than either of
11 8 |     every citizen take his two portions and distribute them among
12 9 |      the borders of the twelve portions the land, in such places
13 10|    exactness. And one of these portions of the universe is thine
14 11|      more than the lot in such portions as he pleases. And if one
