 1 Repub|         you ought: If I were still able to go and see you I would
 2 Repub|         think so. ~And who is best able to do good to his friends
 3 Repub|        result is the just man most able to do harm to his enemy
 4 Repub|          any kind of fighting best able to ward off a blow? ~Certainly. ~
 5 Repub|    escaping from a disease is best able to create one? ~True. ~And
