 1 Repub| whether the way is smooth and easy or rugged and difficult.
 2 Repub|     of vice and injustice are easy of attainment, and are only
 3 Repub|      answer, Nothing great is easy. Nevertheless, the argument
 4 Repub|      the selection will be no easy matter, I said; but we must
 5 Repub|      A difficulty by no means easy to overcome, he replied. ~

16 Repub|     clean surface. This is no easy task. But whether easy or
17 Repub|     no easy task. But whether easy or not, herein will lie
18 Repub|       any degree to make more easy the vision of the idea of
19 Repub|      yourself? ~What way? ~An easy way enough; or rather, there
20 Repub| always nearly equable, is not easy to imitate or to appreciate
