 4 Repub|           were we not creating an ideal of a perfect State? ~To

 6 Repub|          bring into existence the ideal polity about which the world
 7 Repub|         have the children of your ideal State, whom you are nurturing
 8 Repub|    nurturing and educating-if the ideal ever becomes a reality-you
