1 Repub|   And the great blessing of riches, I do not say to every man,
2 Repub|    philosophy, no less than riches and their accompaniments
3 Repub|  money, but having the true riches in their own nature, inclined
4 Repub|     Such a one will despise riches only when he is young; but
5 Repub|   think of virtue; for when riches and virtue are placed together
6 Repub| True. ~And in proportion as riches and rich men are honored
7 Repub|     and admire anything but riches and rich men, or to be ambitious
8 Repub|  think that the pleasure of riches is vulgar, while the pleasure
9 Repub|   of the world, and heap up riches to his own infinite harm? ~
