1 Repub|    But if, though unjust, I acquire the reputation of justice,
2 Repub|      educated by time, will acquire a knowledge both of virtue
3 Repub| State. But should they ever acquire homes or lands or moneys
4 Repub|   for it; whereas other men acquire lands, and build large and
5 Repub| exception that he is not to acquire justice and virtue, or to
6 Repub|    to say that one man will acquire a thing easily, another
7 Repub|    which would be needed to acquire this new habit of sight
8 Repub|     he has, and another may acquire his property; yet after
9 Repub|   worse man, even though he acquire money or power by his wickedness? ~
