 4 Intro|       aristocratic origin. The people are expecting to be governed
 5 Intro|        but the true man of the people either never appears, or
 6 Intro|     power to fashion an entire people according to their behest.
 7 Intro|      end of a century left the people an inert and unchanged mass.
 8 Intro|        made in the spirit of a people as well as in their externals.
 9 State|  weaving for its own sake. But people seem to forget that some
10 State| plausible saying of the common people which is in point?~YOUNG
