 1 Intro|  metaphysical pursuits more truly expressed than in the words, —‘
 2 State|  dear Theodorus, do my ears truly witness that this is the
 3 State|    reference to his art, be truly called ‘royal’?~YOUNG SOCRATES:
 4 State|     cannot reveal him as he truly is in his own nature, until
 5 State|     sake of defence, may be truly called defences, and are
 6 State|     kings. For kings we may truly call those who possess royal
 7 State|      And when an individual truly possessing knowledge rules,
 8 State|   is superior to it but the truly royal?~YOUNG SOCRATES: No
 9 State| political or royal. For the truly royal ought not itself to
10 State|    affecting the State, and truly weaves them all into one,
11 State|   their common nature, most truly we may call politics.~YOUNG
