 4 29|          oligarchical basis. The motion of Pythodorus was to the
 5 29|    Cleitophon concurred with the motion of Pythodorus, but moved
 6 29| compelled to put to the vote any motion that was offered on behalf
 7 30|      might be dealt with, on the motion of the generals, whenever
 8 34|  establishing the oligarchy. The motion to this effect was proposed
 9 40|      charge of illegality, for a motion by which he proposed to
10 45|     since a person who carries a motion in the Assembly is liable
