 4 7|    cancel the existence of the perceptible. For perception implies
 5 7|    place. Now if that which is perceptible is annihilated, it follows
 6 7| annihilated, for the body is a perceptible thing; and if the body does
 7 7|        the annihilation of the perceptible involves that of perception.~
 8 7|        not involve that of the perceptible. For if the animal is annihilated,
 9 7|    time as the animal. But the perceptible surely exists before perception;
10 7|    Thus it would seem that the perceptible exists before perception.~
