 6   I, 3|   not-white or not-beautiful), but unqualified coming-to-be is a process

12   I, 3|  coming-to-be? Why is there always unqualified, as well as partial, coming-to-be?
13   I, 3|     perplexed us just now, i.e. of unqualified passingaway and coming-to-be.~
14   I, 3|        into Fire is "coming-to-be" unqualified, but "passingaway-of-something" (
15   I, 3|            Earth is qualified (not unqualified) "coming-to-be", though
16   I, 3|              coming-to-be", though unqualified "passing-away" (e.g. of
17   I, 3|            with a qualification is unqualified passing-away, while the
18   I, 3|           without qualification is unqualified coming-to-be. Hence whatever
19   I, 3|     characteristic manner in which unqualified will be distinguished from
20   I, 3|     actually say is not true.~Thus unqualified coming-to-be and passingaway
21   I, 3|            explained why there is "unqualified coming-to-be" (though it
22   I, 3|     passingaway-of-something) and "unqualified passingaway (though it is
23   I, 5|         thing "comes-tobe" (in the unqualified sense) out of another thing:
24   I, 5|        persist in the processes of unqualified coming-to-be or passing-away,
