 1  II,  8|       as an analysis of sound. Voice is a kind of sound characteristic
 2  II,  8|    that is without soul utters voice, it being only by a metaphor
 3  II,  8|  metaphor that we speak of the voice of the flute or the lyre
 4  II,  8|  differences are found also in voice. Many animals are voiceless,
 5  II,  8|        we should expect, since voice is a certain movement of
 6  II,  8|         which are said to have voice, really make the sounds
 7  II,  8|   gills or some similar organ. Voice is the sound made by an

 9  II,  8|       the matter of articulate voice, in the interests of its
