1      I, VIII|       there is the shepherd, the husbandman, the brigand, the fisherman,

5    VII, IX  |       Shall every man be at once husbandman, artisan, councillor, judge,
6    VII, IX  |         regulated is obvious. No husbandman or mechanic should be appointed
7    VII, XII |       excluded, and no mechanic, husbandman, or any such person allowed
