18     IV,  5 |         has the will without the capacity, nor he who has the capacity
19     IV,  5 |     capacity, nor he who has the capacity without the will, is a slanderer
20     IV,  6 |         has more claim: e.g. if "capacity" have more claim than "virtue"
21     IV,  6 |         be the genus, so also is capacity. The same observations will
22     VI,  14|     knowledge: for it has a like capacity for receiving ignorance.~
