O CHRIDH' MHIC DHE
This is another popular hymn in the
Islands. It is a version of O SACRED HEART and has the same melody. It was
translated into Gaelic by Father John MacMillan of Barra (1880 - 1951). The
original was composed by Francis Stanfield (1835 - 1914).
