Omnia veniebant Antonio in mentem; eaque suo quaeque loco, ubi plurimum proficere et valere possent, ut ab imperatore equites, pedites, levis armatura, sic ab illo in maxume opportunis orationis partibus conlocabantur. erat memoria summa, nulla meditationis suspicio; imparatus semper adgredi ad dicendum videbatur, sed ita erat paratus, ut iudices illo dicente non numquam viderentur non satis parati ad cavendum fuisse.
