XII. Solutio

 

Tres igitur sunt filii, et XXX ampullae. Ampullarum autem quaedam X sunt plenae, et X mediae, et X vacue. Duc ter decies; fiunt XXX. Unicuique filio veniunt X ampullae in portionem. Divide autem per tertiam partem, hoc est, da primo filio X semis ampullas, ac deinde da secundo V plenas et V vacuas. Similiter dabis tertio, et erit trium aequa germanorum divisio tam in oleo, quam in vitro.
