De muliere (Et infra: [cf. c. 6. de spons. IV. 1.]) Illos autem, qui pro consanguinitate prohibentur coniungi, et post contra interdictum ecclesiae se receperint, excommunicationi debes subiicere, donec tamdiu separentur, quousque legitime cognoscatur, utrum eorum matrimonium possit et debeat de iure stare.
