Accedens ad apostolicam sedem (Et infra: [cf. c. 24. de praeb. III. 5.]) Rapta puella legitime contrahet cum raptore, si prior dissensio transeat postmodum in consensum, et quod ante displicuit tandem incipiat complacere, dummodo ad contrahendum legitimae sint personae.
