Non potest laicus transferre decimam in alium laicum, etiamsi cum titulo illam possideat. H. d. cum gloss.

 

Ex concilio Lateranensi.

 

Prohibemus insuper, ne laici, decimas cum animarum suarum periculo detinentes, in alios laicos possint aliquo modo transferre. Si quis vero receperit, et ecclesiae non reddiderit, Christiana sepultura privetur.
