Episcopo non licet sine licentia Papae transire ad alium episcopatum, ipsum acceptando; alias privatur habito et ambito. Hoc intendit cum glossa.
Ex concilio Sardicensi.
Non liceat episcopo de civitate sua transire ad aliam [civitatem]. Manifesta est enim causa, pro qua facere hoc attentat, quum nullus in hac re sit inventus episcopus, qui ad minorem de maiori civitate transiret.
