[425-435]

Sic ait et tanto dubiorum turbine tota
Curia concutitur turbataque turba sororum
Fluctuat in dubiis, alta cum uoce fluentes
Suspendens animos, et murmura sola pererrant.
Qualiter aura fremit, fluit aer, fluctuat unda,
Quam primo Zephirus complanat flamine leni,
Si maris excuciat borealis turbo soporem,
Vel maris instantes cogat uigilare procellas,
Sic animi fluitant et mentes mentibus instant;
Quas Natura prius leni perflauerat aura,
Perflat maiori flatu Prudencia mentes.
