Tytuł IX-URZĘDY KOŚCIELNE (Kan. 145-196)



Kan. 145 -

§ 1. Urząd kościelny jest jakimkolwiek ustanowionym na stałe zadaniem z postanowienia czy to Bożego, czy kościelnego dla realizacji celu duchowego.

§ 2. Obowiązki i prawa właściwe każdemu urzędowi kościelnemu są określane albo samym prawem, którym urząd ustanowiono, albo dekretem kompetentnej władzy, którym jest on równocześnie ustanowiony i nadany.
