WIZJA LOKALNA I OGLĘDZINY SĄDOWE

 

Kan. 1582 - Jeśli sędzia uzna, że dla wyjaśnienia sprawy jest pożyteczne udać się do jakiegoś miejsca lub obejrzeć jakąś rzecz, ustala to dekretem, w którym, po wysłuchaniu stron, ogólnie opisuje to, co ma mu być dane do dyspozycji w czasie wizji.

Kan. 1583 - Należy sporządzić dokument dokonanych oględzin.
