eka-aj yo dhātur halādiḥ kriyāsamabhihāre vartate tasmād yaṅ pratyayo bhavati /
paunaḥpunyaṃ bhr̥śārtho vā kriyāsamabhihāraḥ /
naḥ punaḥ pacati pāpacyate /
yāyajyate /
bhr̥śaṃ jvalati jājvalyate /
dedīpyate /
dhātoḥ iti kim ? sopasargād utpattir mā bhūt, bhr̥śaṃ prāṭati /
ekācaḥ iti kim ? bhr̥śaṃ jāgarti /
halādeḥ iti kim ? bhr̥śamīkṣate /
sūcisūtramūtryaṭyartyaśūrṇotīnāṃ grahanaṃ yaṅvidhānav ekājahalādy-artham /
sosūcyate /
