pūrvasmin loḍ-vidhāne yathāvidhy-anuprayogo bhavati /
yasmād dhātoḥ loḍ vihitaḥ sa eva dhātur anuprayoktavyaḥ /
dhātu-sambhandhe pratyaya-vidhānād anuprayogaḥ siddha eva, yathāvidhy-arthaṃ tu vacanam /
tathā ca+eva+udāhr̥tam lunīhi lunīhi ity eva ayaṃ lunīti iti /
chinatti iti na anuprayujyate /
adhīṣvādhīṣvety eva ayam adhīte /
paṭhati iti na anuprayujyate //
